I have a number of fantastic friends that are very spiritual and we chat
regularly on email and phone about spiritual things that we are learning
and what impact it is having on our lives. I'm learning more and more
each day to just go with the flow and believe without any doubts the
things that I want to manifest.
Secret Number 2: Learn from the masters
I read books every now and then, pick
up an old one that I haven't read completely as I didn't need to at the
time or a new one catches my eye in a bookstore recently on the Amazon
online website. There are some fantastic books about. The book that
interested me was by Wayne Dyer called The Power of Intentions,
learning to co-create your world your way, and a CD to use for
mediating and creating these intentions. I've been using it nearly
every day as Wayne suggests and it is amazing the things that happen,
even just signs that it is happening.
Secret Number 3: Listen to those who've
been there before you
My dear girlfriend Leanne in
Brisbane, taught me one very powerful affirmation "NOW is the moment
that xxxx is happening". Just being in the moment and focusing on being
there creates the future. Using the sounds on the CD make you open
to picking up on other people's energy around you, therefore you need to
protect yourself. You can be there for those around you but not take on
board their energies. I am aware most of the time of how people are
reacting especially if it has something to do with me, I know when just
to let the Universe work things out as my intuition is very strong.
Secret Number 4: Gratitude
The
one most important thing I remember to do is give the Universe my
gratitude at all times for the life I currently have and especially when
the Universe gives me signs that my intention is manifesting - this is
important as the Universe will think that we are ungrateful and may not
bring our intentions in.
Secret Number 5: Populate the little
black book with like-minded people
The other thing I do besides reading and meditating is surrounding
myself with friends who are of like mind. Over the Christmas period I
made four new girlfriends, three of whom are spiritual, one who is more so than
the others. I've been sharing my experiences and what may have happened
that week, which I'm learning to bring in and they teach you things and
I teach them.
Secret Number 6: The symphony of Quiet
I also quite often when I come home from work will not turn the tv or
stereo on, just have peace and quiet like right now - it is so beautiful
and so many people don't do it, they don't like it quiet. I like to
have my music up loud, but I'm more and more learning to enjoy just
being quiet, hearing the birds singing, listen to just nothing. I love
burning incense and candles and having my crystals, which are also
another powerful tool.
And a Final Word...
Well, I could keep writing but I better sign off. I hope that you have
enjoyed how I keep my world real, listen to the Universe and my gift, my
intuition, to trust it and go with what it says even though in the
natural world it might seem impossible. Many people do not know who to
trust their intuition.
