and prosperity. There are literal examples where the colour red relates to
objects, such as danger signs - they are red in order to alert you of possible
hazards (thereby keeping you safe.) But other things that make you feel safe
might include your home, your job, your family, your neighbourhood…
In the book, Selena asks, "Answer this as best you're able, what else
makes you feel nice and stable?"
When discussing this question with children, you may choose to think about
times when you feel safe, or if appropriate, situations where you feel
threatened.
